Zenshi Exchange & Return Policy
At Zenshi, every product is more than fashion — it’s a statement. To protect the integrity of our craft and ensure fairness for both customers and our team, we follow strict return and exchange guidelines. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This applies to all items, including pre-orders.
In rare cases of logistics delay, our team will provide an update before dispatch.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email at connect@zenshi.in or WhatsApp at 8901112173.

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible.

A mandatory unboxing video (one continuous shot) is required as proof.

Products matching the ordered size, color, and description are not eligible for return.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Product Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition

With original tags intact

Returned in original packaging (inner & outer)
Items failing these checks will be rejected.
Invalid Return / Exchange Claims

Colour Variations: Minor differences due to lighting, screen, or dye batches are not defects.

Stitching & Finish: Minor threads or handcrafted inconsistencies are natural and not considered defects.

Transit Marks: Dust or creases from shipping are not valid reasons and can be resolved with washing/ironing.
Replacement Priority

Replacements are always prioritized over refunds.

Size exchanges may be allowed with a nominal delivery fee.

Defect-based replacements are processed free of cost.
Refunds
Refunds are approved only if:

The product delivered is defective
-
A replacement was provided
-
The replacement is also defective or unsatisfactory
Once approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

In some cases, store credits may be issued instead of cash refunds
Refund Deductions
If a refund is approved, the following will be deducted:

Shipping charges (forward & reverse, if applicable)

2.5% payment gateway transaction fee
COD Orders

All COD orders require a partial advance payment of ₹99 or 10% of the order value.

This amount is non-refundable once the order is shipped, even if the order is refused at delivery.
Timeline & Process

Approved exchanges are shipped within 7 working days (subject to availability).

Do not send products without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Additional Notes

Misuse, spam, or abusive behaviour toward support staff will result in query dismissal.

Zenshi reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if policies are violated.
